What Is the EVA PTO?
The East Voyager Academy Parent-Teacher Organization is a volunteer-led group of parents, guardians, and teachers dedicated to enriching the EVA school experience for every student and family.
Our PTO funds enrichment programs that fall outside the regular school budget, organizes community events that bring families together, and advocates for a strong school-family partnership. When you join the PTO, you are investing directly in your child's school.
What PTO Funds
- Classroom enrichment supplies and materials
- Cultural celebration events (Lunar New Year, Spring Festival)
- Teacher appreciation events and gifts
- Field trip scholarships for families with financial need
- Library book purchases (especially Chinese-language books)
- After-school enrichment program materials
- Campus beautification and garden club

How to Join
PTO membership is open to all EVA parents, guardians, and staff. Annual membership fee: $10/family (or join free if financial hardship - just email us).
Upcoming PTO Meetings
PTO meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in the EVA cafeteria. Childcare is available. All families welcome - you do not need to be a PTO member to attend.
